add: Added rousman language and accent. Accent applies for them with all languages, similar to kobolds.
fix: Fixed some offsets for things equipped on rousmen.
add: Tweaked skills for rousman seer to match up with their starting spells.
add: Added a slightly buffed version of the rousman seer.
